Single Room Overnight Rentals
Guests may check in beginning at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you need an earlier check-in, please let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to have your space ready!

Event Space Rentals
Guests have access to their reserved event space for the full day of their reservation, beginning at 10:00 AM. If your group requires additional time for setup before 10:00 AM, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Policy for Single Room Overnight Rentals

• To secure your reservation, a valid credit card is required to be kept on file. Your card will be charged 5 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellations made 5+ days before arrival: No charge will be applied.

• Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival: The full payment is non-refundable.

Policy for Lofts + Lounge Package & Event Space Rentals

• To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable within 24 hours of making your reservation.

• The remaining 50% balance will be charged to your card on file 5 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellations made 5+ days before arrival: The 50% deposit will be refunded.

• Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival: The full payment is non-refundable.

Free public parking is available on North Liberty Street, directly across from Canton Square Lofts. Please note that the spaces immediately in front of the building and surrounding businesses are limited to 2-hour parking only. Additional parking is available in the lot directly behind Canton Square Lofts, accessible from East Center Street.

We LOVE pets, but unfortunately pets are not permitted at Canton Square Lofts, with the exception of service animals. Since guests share common spaces, this policy helps us remain mindful of allergies and the comfort of all visitors. If you are traveling with a service animal, please notify us in advance and provide documentation prior to your stay.

During your stay at Canton Square Lofts, you may share the common areas—including the washer/dryer, full kitchen, and lounge—with other guests. To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please help us maintain a welcoming environment by keeping the kitchen tidy and limiting noise in shared spaces.

If any issues arise with other guests during your stay, an on-call number will be provided for you to contact us directly.
